Hey! We just bought a condo in downtown Montreal and wanna get the popcorn ceiling removed for a smooth finish + paint after. Details: Built in 2006 (no asbestos worries) 2-bed unit, ~815 sq ft (ceiling in all rooms except bathroom) Place can be emptied so it’s all accessible at once Looking for a handyman who’s done this before.
